ADVANCED WARNING:
SUBJECT TO RESOLVING WATER SUPPLY ISSUES – AFTERMATH GRAZING MAY BE TAKING PLACE AFTER AUGUST 2024..!!
As you may already be aware, the “Annual Cut” of the standing grasses (for Hay) has recently been completed for the 2024 season. However, after a recent inspection visit – it has been noticed that some lazy & irresponsible person has made the decision to just casually disgard bags of Dog-Poo around the perimeter, and not just in one field either, but both of our fields.
Firstly, thank-you for doing the first part of your job & bagging it up, but – as for the CAN’T BE BOTHERED to dispose of it in a responsible manner (as you are LEGALLY REQUIRED to do so) this is NOT-ON, I can’t believe that you wouldn’t now take it with you & simply dispose of it in a Bin. I know it’s not your favourite job (it’s not mine either) and – it doesn’t do your street-cred any good being seen with a bag of Dog Dump – but, you do at the end of the day have a responsibility whenever you enter the Land. So, please – for our sake & everybody else’s, take it away with you….
If you happen to see anything iffy going on – I would be most grateful if you would capture/record the event(s) please, and please feel free to pass/forward the details on.
And, don’t forget – although this is Private Land and subject to no Livestock Grazing or Mowing/Baling operation taking place – we are happy to allow you the right to amble, walk, stroll or even jog across the land, all that we respectfully ask is that you stick to the public right of way, and pick-up & take with you any rubbish or waste that either you or any in your party have dropped/discarded along your way through or across the land!
